Broccoli Drying Process

Broccoli often has pesticide residues and vegetable insects. Before washing, the material can be soaked in brine, which can effectively remove vegetable insects and pesticide residues. Broccoli needs to be blanched after washing, the color will be brighter after blanching. Blanching time should not be too long, otherwise, it will affect the taste and nutrition of broccoli. After blanching, the broccoli needs to be cooled with cold boiling water and dried after salvaging.
Put the dried broccoli evenly on the tray, set the temperature to 60-80 ℃, and grow for about 10 hours when drying. During the drying process, the moisture content of the broccoli is less than 10% after drying.
