Strawberries are native to South America and widely cultivated in China and Europe. Strawberry has high nutritional value, contains a variety of nutrients, and has health benefits. After harvesting, it can be dried by our dryer. Before drying, strawberries need washing - - removing fruit stalk- - sugar pickling - - filtered sugar solution - - drying, the whole product line are healthy.
1.Washing and removing fruit stalk
After harvesting, choose strawberries with intact grains, good color and no scar, materials need washing off the soil and dirty, our washing machine can washing with high efficiency. After washing, removal of strawberry stalk by staff using knives.
2.Sugar pickling and filtered sugar solution
When sugar pickling, add strawberry fruit to the prepared sugar solution and heat it to boil. After cooling, the strawberry is sugared in the container for 6-8 hours, and then strawberries are removed from the sugar filters and laid flat in the tray for about half an hour.
There are 3 modes to drying strawberry
① Dry at 180℃ for 20 minutes, drop to 120℃ for 20 minutes, and then at 100℃ for 24 hours.
② Dry at 180℃ for 20 minutes, drop to 120℃ for 2 hours, and then at 80℃ for 20 hours.
③ Dry at 180℃ for 30 minutes, drop to 120℃ for 1 hour, and then at 70℃ for 12 hours.
Drying effect display
After drying, strawberries are keeps edible value well, and also can storage for along time.
