Banana Drying Process

Apricot is a fruit with high edible value and nutrition, before they drying, they need 2 steps: washing and pitting, after preprocessing, materials can achieve better drying effect.

 

1.Slicing
After artificial peeling, bananas can be sliced by our banana slicer. It is better to increase the drying area.
 
 
2.Drying
Bananas are rich in sugar. Temperature should be strictly controlled in the drying process, 65-70 ℃ for 18-20 hours is suitable, and the finished product to reach 16-17% of water. Customers can adjust processing according to the actual situation, after drying, materials keeps edible value well, and easy to storage for a long time.
