1. Before operation, inspect all moving parts, bearings, conveyor belts, and V-belts for damage. Repair or replace any damaged parts promptly.
2. Lubrication and maintenance: Add lubricating oil to the hot air blower every 100 hours of operation and to the cold air blower every 400 hours. Replace the grease on the motor every 1000 hours of operation. Lubricate the bearings of the elevator and conveyor every shift.
3. Repair vulnerable parts: Bearings, bearing housings, elevator buckets, and elevator bucket screws are prone to loosening and require frequent inspection and maintenance. Regularly inspect and replace conveyor bearings and belt couplings. Regularly inspect electrical and moving parts. Pay attention to safety during maintenance at the top of the tower.
4. Seasonal maintenance: Perform maintenance on the dryer after each operating season. Clean debris from the internal air ducts of the heat pump dryer; loosen the tension wires of the elevator; clean the fan blades of the blower; clean the ash accumulation in the settling tank of the hot air furnace exchanger; and clean each pipe. 5. If the heat pump dryer operates outdoors, appropriate rain and snow protection measures must be taken. The entire machine requires a major maintenance and overhaul once a year, and a painting maintenance every two years.
