It's the beginning of autumn, and many Chinese medicinal herbs are already being harvested. A dryer that can dry a variety of materials and achieve optimal drying results would be truly fantastic.
The herbs are placed on a conveyor belt, spread evenly by a leveler, and then transported to the drying chamber. Driven by a chain, they move layer by layer toward the bottom, with baffles installed between each layer to prevent them from falling. Hot air from the heat source is carried to the bottom of the drying chamber by a fan system. Under pressure, it moves upward, removing moisture and water from the herbs, and is discharged from the top. This cycle repeats to achieve drying.
